【Job Summary】
- Responsible for work as a Sales Interpreter
【Job description】
- Perform interpretation and translation (verbal and written) during meetings and business discussions with Japanese managers.
- Support the Sales Department in building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships, particularly in the FMCG (Food) sector and Traditional Trade (GT) channels.
- Draft and manage documents, contracts, and reports in Japanese/English/Vietnamese.
- Work directly with Japanese managers to provide support in administrative tasks, sales activities, and customer service when required.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Graduated from the University
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in sales interpretation.
- General knowledge and understanding of business operations (any industry is acceptable).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred)
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level) and Japanese (from N2 level)
- Willing to transport Japanese staff for business trips within Ho Chi Minh City using personal motorbike to visit grocery stores, pharmacies, and other market survey locations; occasional business trips to other branches (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho).English Level
