    【Job Details】
    - Conduct requirement definition and solution proposals for manufacturing IT systems.
    - Prepare technical proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
    - Act as liaison between the client and development teams (Bridge SEs, engineers).
    - Oversee the overall project schedule, quality, and delivery.
    - Provide technical support during project execution and, when necessary, at client sites.
    - Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT development experience (e.g., as SE or programmer).
    - More than 2 years of project management experience.
    - Japanese language proficiency at business level (JLPT N2 Intermediate level or higher).
    - Experience working with Japanese companies.
    - Strong motivation to work in the field of manufacturing-related system development.

    <Prefer>
    - Team management experience (5 or more members).
    - Previous work or residence experience in Japan.
