  • Job Description

    - You will join SAP projects (or IT projects related) such as implementation/roll-out/development/AMS as Japanese Interpreter & Translator (translate from and to Japanese/English/Vietnamese).
    - Responsible for helping project team connect with Japanese customer.
    - Provide interpretation for internal, external meetings, conferences, teleconferences to Japanese customers to understand their requirement and transfer to team member.
    - Provide correct, clear written translation of documents (user requirement, functional design, technical design, Q&A...), inclusive of e-mail communications.
    - Strong commitment to deliver product on time and high quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Local Vietnamese with Bachelor’s degree or above
    - Fluent in Japanese communication (JLPT N1/N2), English intermediate level
    - Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Japanese Communicator experience.
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate in meetings with clients, translate document to Japanese/English (customer requirement, basic design, detail design, email, Q&A...)
    - Understanding of cultural norms & customs of Japan
    - Proficiency in MS Office
    - Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player

    <Prefer>
    - Knowledge of SAP translation is an advantage.
