  • Job Description

    1. MT Channel Strategy & Management
    • Develop and implement nationwide business plans for Modern Trade to achieve revenue and profit targets.
    • Build sustainable pricing structures and distribution systems across channels.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams on new product launches and optimize logistics costs.

    2. Key Account Management & Development
    • Manage national key accounts (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Mini-marts, CVS) with Director, ASM, and KAM team.
    • Renew and negotiate favorable annual contracts.
    • Expand distributor network and define pricing by customer and SKU group.

    3. Sales & Cost Management
    • Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly/yearly customer plans.
    • Manage product portfolio: forecasting, stock availability, listing, merchandising, pricing, and shelf share.

    4. Distribution Network Expansion & Maintenance
    • Ensure effective expansion and retention of the distribution network nationwide.

    5. Customer Service & Operations (MT Channel)
    • Oversee credit, delivery, commission, and reporting for MT sales.
    • Resolve customer complaints, improve service quality, and establish SOPs for MT operations.

    6. Team & Organizational Development
    • Recruit and manage the sales team; ensure coordination among departments.
    • Promote a positive work environment and support team development through KPI and performance management.

    7. Reporting & Business Analysis
    • Track and evaluate MT channel sales, profit, and resources.
    • Analyze sell-out per store/SKU for both company and competitors.
    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to boost sales and prepare strategic reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - University Degree in major related to Economic/ Commerce/ Marketing/ Business administration, etc.
    - Language: Fluent in English (communicate well)
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in same level in FMCG field
    - Knowledge about FMCG
    - Knowledge about sales management including leadership, personnel management, product distribution and planning, distributors management
    - Knowledge of market analysis
    - Knowledge about management and data analysis management.
    - Have motorbike driving license

    【Prefer】
    - Have Japanese would be an advantage
    - Have experience in a similar position at Japanese manufacturing and trading company
