  【Job Summary】
  You will have a responsibility for the operating for the human management and shop management.
  
  【Job Details】
  - Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  - Lead, train, and evaluate store staff; schedule shifts and assign tasks.
  - Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales to achieve revenue targets.
  - Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to ensure product availability.
  - Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary, ensuring a high level of service.
  - Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments for procurement and promotions.
  - Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company standards in the store.
  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational issues.
  - Support marketing and seasonal event planning in coordination with HQ or mall management.
  - Occasionally assist with front-line duties during peak hours or staff shortages.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
