  • Job Description

    • Support the Sales Manager in managing business activities and client relationships
    • Receive PO/forecast, analyze and adjust based on production capacity
    • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment
    • Handle and resolve issues arising with clients
    • Prepare quotations based on cost components such as raw materials, logistics, and processing
    • Track revenue and prepare periodic sales reports
    • Coordinate in developing new clients
    • Manage and train sales staff
    • Opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (not sales support, B2C)
    • Experience in team management is an advantage
    • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
    • Language: Proficient in Japanese (N2 up)

    Preferred:
    • Experience in sales within the manufacturing industry
    • English proficiency is an advantage
