    <Job Summary>
    They are a growing IT company and are looking for an HR Manager who can lay the foundation for increasing staff numbers by planning recruitment and creating organizational rules.

    <Job Details>
    ‐ HR system design & implementation (Job Grade, performance evaluation, promotion criteria, leadership structure, C&B policies)
    - Compensation & benefits optimization (benchmarking salary levels, incentive programs, and benefits enhancements)
    - Performance management enhancement (designing and implementing performance evaluation and goal-setting systems)
    - Building relationships with HR agents
    - Catch up on laws and regulations and document them
    - Improve attendance management
    - Labor-related
    - Strategic workforce planning & organizational development
    - Collaboration with senior management & business units to drive HR strategies
    - Compliance & labor law adherence (ensuring all HR policies align with legal requirements and company regulations)
    - Handle selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    - Coordinate with hiring manager and technical directors to plan and identify staffing needs and section criteria
    - Other tasks as assigned by boss

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated from University
    - English: Upper-Intermediate Level
    - 3 years or more of management experience.
    - 5 years or more of Recruiting in HR (Experience not only in recruiting but also in creating recruitment plans and organizational rules).
    - Can manage KPI of the members and yourself strictly. (Number of people hired, number of interviews, number of CVs received, etc.)

    <Prefer>
    - Experience in creating a development organization structure of 50 → 100 → 150 people over several years, or those who are interested.
    - Experience in labor and back office work.
