【業務内容】
・新規プロジェクトの取得
- 投資業務：デューデリジェンス、開発スキームの検討、キャッシュフローの計算、契約条件の交渉
- 契約業務：パートナー企業との交渉、プロジェクト契約書の作成
- 法的手続き：プロジェクトに関する各種法的手続きの実施
・不動産プロジェクトの事業管理
- プロジェクトの管理
- 関連会社の管理
・その他関連する業務

Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・4大卒以上
・英語社内コミュニケーションレベル（会議が英語で行われます。）
・5年以上の投資関連のご経験（不動産・金融・M＆A業界など）
・プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了まで一貫して担当した経験のある方
【優遇条件】
・海外、特にベトナムにおける勤務経験English Level

Job Description
