  One of our clients, which is a Japanese hospital, is now looking for an Insurance Claim Processing Staff (Customer support)
  
  【Job detail】
  - Confirm insurance coverage for customers via phone and email.
  - Assist in resolving issues related to health records for quick insurance approval.
  - Provide additional documents upon request from the insurance company.
  - Provide consultation and answer customer inquiries regarding insurance claims.
  - Insurance Claim Processing:
  - Monitor and process pending insurance claims.
  - Complete reimbursement procedures or convert outstanding balances.
  - Ensure all required documents are properly prepared, including checklists, claim forms, copies of personal identification, insurance cards, signed draft bills, financial invoices, medical test results, health certificates, and prescriptions with doctor’s signature and clinic stamp.
  - Data Verification:
  - Cross-check actual insurance documents against the previous day's system records.
  - Prepare and submit weekly/monthly insurance claim reports to insurance companies.
  - Scan and store all documents as digital files.
