    【What you will be working on】
    ■ Responsibilities
    - Create development plans for the team and intermittently implement factory improvements
    - Coordinate with relevant departments to grasp the situation, develop goals, projects and adjust group activities.
    - Develop improvement projects and standardize standards to improve production efficiency
    - Propose improvement directions related to: personnel, machinery and equipment, labor productivity to improve product quality, reduce production costs, and reduce defective goods arising at the production stage.
    - Improve production techniques (machine automation, etc.) including designing equipment for improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Graduated from University majoring in mechanical engineering or related mechanical fields. Have knowledge of NC and CNC machining
    - Ability to think, synthesize, analyze data and solve problems.
    - Able to set up and operate CNC machines,
    - Master CNC management skills and processes
    - Have knowledge of material temperature, CAD, CAM, SOLIDWORDS
    - Experience in production process improvement activities.
    - Know and use fingerprint 7 quality management and data analysis tasks.
    - Understanding of Kaizen, 5S.
    - Japanese (over N2)
