Thiết lập biểu kiểm tra – chống lưu xuất hàng lỗi:• Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm trước khi xuất xưởng.• Lập biểu kiểm tra để ngăn hàng lỗi đến khách hàng.3. Giảm tỷ lệ hàng lỗi trong công đoạn:• Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu NG, xác định nguyên nhân và đề xuất cải tiến.4. Nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn nhân viên QC:• Đào tạo 7 công cụ QC và kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề.• Hướng dẫn kỹ năng sử dụng dụng cụ đo, đọc bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.5. Nâng cao năng suất bộ phận QC:• Triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm giảm lãng phí, tăng năng suất.6. Quản lý nhân sự bộ phận QC:• Quản lý thời gian làm việc, phân công, giám sát và đánh giá nhân viên.• Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn cấp dưới hoàn thành nhiệm vụ.7. Quản lý công việc của bộ phận QC:• Theo dõi, kiểm tra chất lượng hàng nhập, hàng xuất và tại các công đoạn.• Quản lý tiến độ kiểm tra theo kế hoạch, tổng hợp báo cáo kết quả.• Theo dõi KPI, xử lý sự cố chất lượng và báo cáo cấp trên.• Phối hợp với các phòng ban, nhà máy về vấn đề chất lượng.8. Khác:• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
