【Job Summary】
- Responsible for managing Sales department as a Sales Manager
【Job description (details)】
- Manage & Develop Foreign Direct Investment sector (Food&Beverage, Chemical, Oil&Gas power, Infrastructure&Facility, General industries) or Cement, Steel field to meet Sales Target; mainly for customers in the industrial field (Main Products: Low voltage /Medium Voltage Inverter, Motors, PLC/HMI, DCS, UPS, SWGR, Transformer, Instruments, IoT devices, etc.)
- Analyze focus markets, prepare and propose Business plan and Action plan for team.
- Develop sales strategies to reach out to new prospective customers and/or industries.
- Manage team members to follow up plan, report project pipeline timely to management.
- Constantly meeting up with customers to generate new sales leads related to E&I (equip and install) and M&E(Mechanical and Electrical) projects.
- Proactively establish and maintain relationships with consultants and corporate partners/clients.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with latest technologies in the E&I, M&E industry to provide value creation to customers.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Prepare Commercial Proposal and coordinate with Proposal team to build up Technical Proposal for customers.
- Liaise with suppliers to prepare quotations for customers (in trading opportunity)
- Work closely with procurement and project management/ proposal teams during quotations and proposals preparation.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how company product & service will meet client needs.
- Directly report and provide a weekly projects pipelines update to CCO/Director.
- Support CCO/Director for any reasonable tasks assigned.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor degree major in Electrical/ Automation Engineering or related
- Having working experience at least 5 years as a Manager
- Having working experience in E&I, M&E project Sales for industrial plants
- More than 5 years of project sales or engineering experience in automation systems
- English:Upper-Intermediate Level (to communicate with Non-Vietnamese company)
- Willing to travel to other provinces and countries for business
- Having working experience in the phase of setting up a new plant of Non-Vietnamese company
- Having knowledge of ISO9001 QMS
