Job Description
• Following Import/Export shipments and make sure delivery schedule in time.
• Co-working with Forwarders to arrange shipments in time.
• Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
• Reporting unexpected customs issues to manager.
• Making yearly consumption reports and other documents for Customs.
• Checking and confirming Logistics expenses monthly.
• Willing to support Purchasing tasks upon requirements.
• Other related tasks assigned by Manager.Requirement

. Graduated from University, must graduated from Foreign Trade, National Economics University, Vietnam National Economics (prefer major International Economics), University of Science and Technology
• Proficient at Excel.
• English: At least Intermediate level
• Have at least 1-year employment experience with Export – Import/ Logistics tasks in electronics manufacturing/ trading companies.
• Proficient at Excel.
• Experience with MRP/ERP software.
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded.
{PREFER}
- Having experience in PCBA components.
- Having Japanese skill will be priority.English Level
