  【Job Summary】
  - Manage team members efforts and schedule of projects
  - Train new members in team from a technical view
  - Responsible in release system (Go-Live) and support Post Go-Live activities.
  - Support in other activities such as interview candidates, training new members in team

  - Play as single contact point related to subjects of projects which are involved and able communicate well between Vietnam’s team and team at Japan.
  - Guide team members to develop, maintain application, implement eco-system, API, etc for products in SHARP
  - Work closely with other teams such as SAP, IoT and Other Business Unit to understand requirements and project be assigned
  - Work closely with project team at Japan to manage requirements, schedule, issues and other matters related to project which are assigned to Vietnam Team
  - Timely report to manager and other stakeholders related project works
  - Final gate review of any outputs to ensure work quality of team members
  - Responsible in entire development works which is assigned to team
  - Define skeleton (application architecture) with Japan project team
