  • Job Description

    - Review, develop, and revise the company’s internal documents (regulations, procedures, forms, reports, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as the group’s internal control standards.
    - Analyze and assess operational risks, and propose appropriate risk management measures.
    - Update and carry out tasks in accordance with specialized legal requirements (Investment Law, Enterprise Law, etc.).
    - Design training materials and implement compliance training activities within the company.
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from university in Law, Economics, or related majors.
    - Proficient in English for work (meetings, emails)
    - Have 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
    + Internal control, risk management, auditing, accounting, legal affairs, etc.
    + Developing internal regulations, ISO systems, etc.
    - Familiar with Microsoft Office
    - Strong ability to present and draft documents clearly and professionally
    - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with multiple departments
    - Detail-oriented and logical thinking
    - Interested in organizational and systemic issues
    - Oriented toward pursuing a career in management (risk management, internal control, etc.)

    - Live near the company (Thang Long II)
    - Experience working in manufacturing companies
