    ★Job detail
    -Handling order from existing client(Weekly, Monthly Order)
    -Mainly consumable parts and products
    -Manage delivery for clients
    -Negotiate delivery deadline
    -Support senior staff
    -Manage import products and chemicals
    -Stock/ Invently management
    -Renew licence
    - go to business trip (sometimes)

    *When you go to client visit, there is taxi card or company's car
    - Receive customer requirement, quote, exchange prices, draft contracts and send to customers, send payment invoices.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English: Intermediate (internal communication /report and document by English)
    - Japanese from N4 or N3
    - Skills : Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    -1-2 years experience in similar position

    <Better>
    - Other : who has experiences working in Japanese Company
    - Experienced in selling refrigeration equipment
