    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    o Daily operate Call Center activities
    o Support to execute and deliver digital activities
    CONTEXT:
    o Online Travel Insurance
    o All other Online Insurance Products as assigned by the Company

    KEY OUTPUTS:
    1. Customer service
    - To receive & answer phone calls from customers related to Products sold online
    - To guide customers about purchasing online products
    - To handle customers requirements for endorsements
    2. Customer information management
    - To update customers information following KYC rule
    - To manage the customer's information storage
    3. Digital marketing activities
    - Prepare content for online channels including but not limited to Facebook
    posts and news/PR articles.
    - Support to execute marketing campaigns
    - Prepare other contents as assigned
    4. Product & Service improvement
    - To collect customers feedback and report to the line manager
    - To work out ideas, proposals for improvement of online products & customers
    service
    5. Others:
    - Timely complete the reports as required by the line manager
    - Other works as assigned by line manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • University or College graduation
    • English fluency.
    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
    • Very good communication skills
    • Customer service minded
    • Experience in prepare content for online channels
    • Good Excel, Powerpoint skills
    EXPERIENCE:
    • At least 2 years of experience in related field;
    • Experience in digital business and/or eCommerce is preferred.
