  • Job Description

    - To assist Department Head and co-work with relationship managers for FDIs (Japan & MNC)
    - Analyze industry/market trend in Vietnam to find business opportunities for FDIs comapny.
    - Coporate with Hanoi branch M&A team, Tokyo's head office function, Bangkok, Singapore, company securites, etc.
    - Collaborate with local M&A vendors include affiliate bank's subsidiary, Vietcombank Secuirties, to gather M&A target companies.
    - Door nock/ Cold call to Vietnamese companies which is keen to work with FDI together (M&A target)
    - Propose M&A target (long list, short list) to clients and connect deal.
    - Other tasks will be asked by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    1.University Degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or related majors.
    2. English: Upper - Intermedidate level or above
    3. Having at least 5 years experience of working in M&A filed.
    4. Marketing ability to connect Vietnamese corporate with FDI customers.
    5. Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct financial analysic, asses risks and evaluate deals.
    6. Passion in Customer Service and Consultancy.
    7. High responsibility with good capicity of working under presure and deadline.
    8. Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.
    9. Nerver Give up spirits under difficult situation and high capicity of handing mutil tasks.
    10. Proactive, careful, responsibility, suportive with team work spirit.


    {PREFER}
    1. Having Japanese skill.
    2. Having the same experience in FDI banking.
