    Will charge for private project B2B sales.
    Ex) Office relocation, interior construction
    - build the relationship with an agent
    - build the relationship with real estate company staff, to catch up with the new project information
    - Check the construction schedule
    - Handover the project detail to Construction Management
    - Attend to check the onsite, following up the clients
    - Some times will require entertainment with customers

    <Daily schedule>
    Morning : Internal meeting
    Going outside and visit the client or hearing for a potential project.
    Evening : Internal meeting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Has 2 years of sales experience in Interior Design, Real estate, construction-related companies.
    - English intermediate level (Internal communication is ENG)
    - Willing to go outside and visit client frequently
    - Good appearance
