    ★Responsibility
    -Expanding new client(Foreign and non-Japanese Client) and follow up the existing client(90%:10%)

    ★Job detail
    -Cold call, E-mail Magazine
    -Visit to client
    -Explain their service and understand client demand
    -Create estimation and design(with Designer)
    -Visit client with Designer again
    -To decide the schedule
    -Correct contract
    -Follow up payment
    -Client follow up

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -More than 3years experience in expanding new client
    -English upper-intermediate

    [Advantage]
    -Having experience in the construction industry
