    ・Receiving orders from clients.
    ・Cooperate with each department to deliver products ordered by customers on time.
    ・When a quality problem occurs, this position need to cooperate with each department in the company to deal with it.
    ・Manage the progress in cooperation with the headquarters in Japan and other ASEAN bases such as China. (Japanese 80%, English 20%)
    . Other taks will be asked by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST】
    - Graduated from university with major Economics, Business Administration, Japanese language or related.
    - Japanese: N2 holder (speaking & listening at least N2 Inter)
    - English: Between Conversational-Intermediate Level (Especially Have to email by English with customers)
    - Good Excel skill
    - Experience: At least 1 year experience as below positions.
    　1, Customer Service / Support
    2, Sales, Purchasing, Merchandiser.
    3, Import- Export staff
    4. Interpreter cum support tasks.

    【PREFER】
    - Living near company or pick up location and can work with long term commitment.
    - Having 2 years experience in Customer Service, Merchandiser or Sales Support position.
    - Having Toeic 700+
