• Job Description

  ★Responsibility
  Support to client related to import and export and input date to the internal system
  
  *Customer Service:
  - Receive orders from clients in Hongkong or Vietnam, then transfer to 5 factories of suppliers in Vietnam
  - Check procedure process and status of procurement
  - Receiving suppliers purchase invoices ensuring they are correct and passed to the appropriate department for processing.
  - Ensuring each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping a constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
  - Maintaining and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
  - Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practice
  
  *Import/ Export:
  - Contact with customers and suppliers to process export-import operation
  - Deal with each step of the shipping process.
  - Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
  - Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
  - Prepare import-export documentation.
  - Compile carrier and route assignments.
