    ★Responsibility
    Expand new client and new supplier depends on client demand and create plan for business development and Runing by themselves .

    ★Job detail
    -Expand new client Japanese companies and other foreign companies (local companies are acceptable)
    -Create plan for business development.(To find project and client by my self and client plan to expand)
    -Finding new supplier depends on Client demand and if possible to make a agent contract in Vietnam with them
    -Get appointment to client
    -Visit client and understanding their demand and provide solution
    -Create estimation, Get contract, ｍoney collection

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Having more than 3 years experience of Sales experience in Any Construction field
    -Having strong own network for Chief Engineer and supplier

    [Advantage]
    -Japanese N2 intermediate or English Upper-intermediate
    -Having experience as below
    (a) Building instrumentation equipment (Building Automation)
    (b) Automatic control of air conditioning equipment (HVAC Automation control system)
    (c) Central monitoring equipment
    I BMS (Building Management Systems)
    II EMS (Energy Management Systems)
    III SCADA ・ PLC

    If candidate have experience below company it will be strong advantage

    A: Company manufacturing Product related to Building Automation
    -Honeywell
    -Siemens
    -Johnson Controls
    -Schneider
    -Azbil( Can not accept candidate who working at the present)
    -TRANE
    -KEYENCE

    B: Vietnamese competitor
