• Job Description

  - Make the yearly report to custom.
  - Make & check import export document.
  - Check item code, H/S code, C/O.
  - Prepare document to apply import export license if needed.
  - Following the Purchasing & Sale plan to repair the documents:Invoice, Packing list, C/O, Contract, Payment…
  - Contact with supplier & customer for import export document.
  - Contact and coordinate with Forwarder for making custom clearance, delivery docs, the shipping schedules, ensure to keep up with the schedule.
  - Supervise the deliver & receive good.
  - Inform the concerned department about the shipment schedule.
  - Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list and make balance report with customs office.
  - To manage and filling purchasing, import/export documents
  - To do the job related with import export document.
  - Other jobs upon request from Manager
  - Have knowledge and update new custom law.
