Đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và khả năng sản xuất hàng loạt, đồng thời phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm tại Mỹ và châu Á để đạt được các mục tiêu về chất lượng, chi phí và tiến độ.________________________________________** Nhiệm vụ chính• Hoạt động & Triển khai (60%) – Phối hợp với các bộ phận Phát triển, Kỹ thuật và Vật liệu để nhận diện rủi ro kỹ thuật sớm, đánh giá Tech-Pack, đề xuất cải tiến về cấu trúc, vật liệu và chi phí. Hỗ trợ kiểm tra mẫu, đánh giá fit/wear, đảm bảo sản phẩm được phê duyệt Tech 1 và RTB đúng tiến độ, sẵn sàng cho sản xuất hàng loạt.• Phối hợp & Xây dựng đội ngũ (20%) – Hướng dẫn, đào tạo đội ngũ nội bộ và đối tác nhà máy; duy trì giao tiếp và hợp tác hiệu quả với các bên liên quan toàn cầu để giải quyết vấn đề và thúc đẩy ra quyết định.• Cải tiến quy trình (15%) – Xác định và áp dụng các best practices về cấu trúc, vật liệu và quy trình sản xuất; hợp tác với nhà cung cấp chiến lược để phát triển và triển khai các dự án dài hạn nhằm nâng cao độ fit, hiệu suất và tính nhất quán của sản phẩm.• Đào tạo & Phát triển (5%) – Tham quan nhà máy, nhà cung cấp, cập nhật công nghệ và vật liệu mới; tham gia các khóa đào tạo, hội thảo để nâng cao kiến thức kỹ thuật và chuyên môn.

** Mục tiêu:- Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình phát triển sản phẩm – từ khi nhận bản mô tả sản phẩm (product brief) đến giai đoạn Tech 1 và Ready to Buy (RTB) – cho các dự án giày dép theo mùa. Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu về thương hiệu, nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, chi phí và chất lượng, đồng thời cung cấp chuyên môn kỹ thuật và kiến thức sản phẩm cho các nhóm toàn cầu.** Trách nhiệm :1. Vận hành & Triển khai – 65%- Giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động phát triển và thương mại hóa sản phẩm để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu kỹ thuật, chi phí và sẵn sàng sản xuất hàng loạt.- Quản lý tính chính xác của BOM, phân tích Tech-Pack và tiến độ mẫu.- Phối hợp thử nghiệm mẫu, kiểm tra chất lượng, đảm bảo tiến độ phê duyệt RTB.- Chủ trì các cuộc họp T1 và teardown với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, QA, sản xuất và nhà máy.2.
