【Job Summary】The Sales Staff will be responsible for driving leasing activities for the company’s in-house developed rental warehouses and supporting sales initiatives for construction projects such as factories, warehouses, and offices.The role involves gathering market information through industrial parks, government agencies, and real estate partners, as well as building strong networks to generate new business opportunities. The position also includes researching and planning new real estate development projects, preparing proposals, and participating in contract negotiation and documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to acquire market insights, and experience in industrial parks, construction, or investment consulting.【Job description】・Rental Warehouse Leasing- Promote leasing of our self-developed rental warehouses (currently under development in Hung Yen Province)- Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants.- Review leasing agreements and support contract-related documentation.・Construction Contracting - Collect business information from industrial parks, government bodies, and real estate agents through collaboration with Vietnamese staff.- Develop business relationships that lead to new construction contracts (factory, warehouse, office buildings, etc.).- Conduct research and planning for potential new real estate development projects.- Prepare proposal documents and other relevant paperwork.- Other related tasks.【Company/Job Attraction】- Since the parent company in Japan is a listed company, they have a solid financial foundation.- You can work by using your language skills .- You will be able to be a part of a big project through this job.
