Giám sát Kho chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, điều phối và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động kho bãi nhằm đảm bảo hàng hóa được lưu trữ, xuất nhập và vận hành an toàn, chính xác và hiệu quả. Vị trí này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc duy trì tính liên tục của chuỗi cung ứng và tối ưu hóa quy trình vận hành kho. • Quản lý, giám sát và tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động nhập – xuất – tồn, luân chuyển hàng hóa hàng ngày tại kho.• Phân công, điều phối công việc cho nhân viên kho, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình vận hành và an toàn lao động.• Kiểm soát số liệu tồn kho, đảm bảo tính chính xác giữa hệ thống và thực tế.• Giám sát việc bảo quản, sắp xếp hàng hóa khoa học, tối ưu. • Phối hợp với các bộ phận logistics, vận tải và kế hoạch để đảm bảo giao nhận đúng tiến độ.• Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ và đột xuất; báo cáo, xử lý chênh lệch tồn kho nếu có.• Sắp xếp, phân loại và bảo quản hàng hóa trong kho có hệ thống và dễ dàng tìm kiếm• Chuẩn bị các chứng từ liên quan đến vận chuyển hàng hóa.
