【Job Summary】
- Expanding business so they need to hire one more Sales Manager
【Job Descriptions】(Details)
- Selling houses products located at Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap. Our products are link houses (one floor and mezzanine floor).
- Setting up sales and marketing strategies and plans
- Setting up, managing, leading and training a sales team in house
- Supervising and supporting on-going deals of team members
- Be responsible for sales team KPI and team members' performance
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base
- Motivate sale teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Explore prospects and potential customers
- Dealing with clients on the enquires to get the deals closed
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports with a realistic forecast to the management team
- Doing market research, update company & other competitors for projects progress;
- Working with sales agencies for supporting sales activities, distributing company products
- Be responsible for forming and organizing team, including but not limited to: recruit members, manage sales materials & working procedures, and working with partners
- Work with other internal departments for procedures related sales activities
- Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and/or Managing Director.

<Must>
- Bachelor's degree in the Business Administration field in Sales and Marketing.
- Having at least 7 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Be able to set up and manage a sales team.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Fluent in English (Advance Level)
- Be able to take business trips to Cambodia

- Ability to close deals and generate revenue through direct interaction with customers
- Advanced time management skills.
- Fluent in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint,...)

- Candidate used to live in Cambodia or understand Cambodia's culture英文
