【Job Summary】This is a manager candidate position within the Brand Communication domain. You will lead the planning, structural design, and documentation of proposals for Japanese clients to improve proposal quality and project momentum.While collaborating with the Japanese Line Manager (LM), you will consolidate proposal strategies for offline initiatives (events, sales promotions, in-store measures, etc.). You will lead the process from identifying key points and formulating policies to structural design, deriving insights, and unifying presentation styles.In addition to proposal work, you will attend meetings with Japanese clients, assist with account management, handle site visits/attendants, and manage internal and external coordination for project progression. Furthermore, you will be involved in the planning, preparation, execution, and review of events, including on-site operational management.Depending on your experience and skills, you are expected to eventually take on manager-level responsibilities, such as proposal quality control, review design, knowledge management, and member support within the team【Job Detail】- Planning, structural design, writing, editing, and quality control of proposals for Japanese clients.- Consolidating proposal strategies including objectives, targets, experience design, KPIs, execution plans, and budget policies.- Organizing required information and deriving insights from past results, field knowledge, and market data.- Designing and operating internal review processes and leading consensus building.- Improving proposal templates, quality standards, and knowledge sharing.- Attending meetings with Japanese clients and assisting in account management.- Coordinating with Japanese Line Managers for internal and external project adjustments.- Providing attendance for site visits, business negotiations, and events.- Driving event planning, preparation, day-of operations, and reporting.- Supervising event venue setup and handling night-time operations.- Providing team member support and operational improvements based on experience.
