Responsible for supporting sales staff as Sales assistant
【Job description】
In the sales department responsible for securing orders for the construction of factories, warehouses, offices, etc., the role includes:
- Interpreting during business negotiations
- Preparing documents and materials
- Collecting information from external organizations
- Drafting contracts and other necessary business documents, as well as translation
- Research and planning for new projects, such as real estate development projects in Vietnam
- Preparing materials and documents related to the above tasks
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

资格
应征条件
【Must】
- English: Intermediate level (TOEIC 600)
OR
Japanese: N2 Intermediate level (with certificate)
- Real Estate Brokerage Certificate
【Prefer】
- One of the two requirements must be met
1. At least 2 years of working experience at an industrial park or government agencies
2. At least 2 years of working experience at a general contractor
3. At least 2 years of working experience in investment consulting or similar英文
