【Job description(details)】
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers in charge.
- Manage, take care of customers and promote more products to customers.
- Register sales revenue of customers in charge by month, quarter, year and perform according to registered targets.
- Understand and understand the features, functions, prices, policies, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products on the market and competitors' products.
-Find out customer needs and information, record all customer information, evaluate the potential level, difficulties, and business situation of the customers in charge.
- Report information to Sales Manager.
- Make price quotes, according to regulations for each product for the customer in charge.
- Prepare bid documents to participate in bidding and understand customer needs for successful bidding.
- Regularly exchange and update customer information throughout the contract implementation process.
- Receive customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, repair, maintenance, and product warranty.
- Coordinate with the customer care department for repair and delivery to handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, repair, maintenance, product warranty...
- Monitor and urge customers' debts, ensuring debts are paid on time.
- Research and analyze information from the market, customer feedback and information about competitors.
- Develop, search and exploit new Customers nationwide (including all foreign customers of SI/M, E/GC, end-user customers - EU).
- Evaluate the achievements, advantages, and difficulties of each customer, then learn from experience and propose the next plan.
- Store business records according to regulations.
- Implement work reporting regime according to Company regulations.
- Participate in regular or extraordinary meetings as requested by the Company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales and the Board of General Directors.

<MUST>
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Electrical - Electronics / Mechanical - Electrical/Electronics/ Automation/ Telecommunications/ IT.
- Good communication in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
- At least 03 years of B2B sales experience at foreign companies in the field Equivalent areas (ELV, OE...)
- Technical background
