【業務内容】
・新規の物流関連ビジネス/顧客の獲得
・既存顧客の新規物流セグメントの獲得
・営業メンバーへの指示、監督、評価、サポート
・営業チームの採用・育成
・担当顧客の損益管理
・顧客からの売上債権の回収(経理部のサポートにより、担当顧客から期限切れの債権を回収)

资格
应征条件
【必須条件】
・最低3年以上、物流/海運/フォワーダーいずれかの業界での営業経験がある方
・セールスマネージャーとしてのマネジメント経験がある方
・英語での社内ミーティング、顧客面談等にご抵抗がない方
【優遇条件】
・海外での勤務経験がある方
・大学において経営学、経済学、海運、貿易関連の科目専攻した方
・交渉力、コミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力がある方
・自ら仕事を進めることができ、チームでも活躍できる方
・高い柔軟性がある方英文
