Advanced Technical Sales Support (50%)• Collaborate closely with the regional team and a group of equipment vendors to develop a comprehensive technical proposal that fully meets customer demands within the ecosystem.• Continuously update the robot application to align with the current demands of the Vietnam market.• Assist in the development of technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and ensuring technical accuracy in all sales documentation.• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.• Collaborate with technical service team to provide prompt troubleshooting support for customers, both online and on-site.Sales activities (30%)• Drive marketing activities, sales efforts, and product consultations to effectively reach and engage target customers• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.InternalProject Management (20%)• Oversee small and medium robot automation projects from initial feasibility studies through to the complete handover of the entire package to the customer.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
