One of our clients, which is Education and Welfare company, is now looking for Admin General Manager.【What you will be working on】-Assisting the president, Drafting business plans, Managing Vietnamese staff-Accounting and financial management-Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency-Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes-Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives-Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover-Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management-Establishing policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture-Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results-Collaborating with management to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies‐Other admin tasks as assigned from the Managers

Report to Manager on credit management matters and related risks in customers’ credit lines.÷ 40% Collect/analyze all possible financial & business data of customers’monthly/quarterly/by transaction (SPR balance checking), by weekly summary.÷ 30% Monitor due dates/payment daily by checking delivery/confirmed receipt, collaborate with Sales for suitable due dates to ensure timely payment. Month-end inventory count at credit-related partners’ facility.÷ 20% Join in financial meetings and assist Manager in any assigned tasks. Meet new/potential customers to develop business.÷ 10% Any other risk related/ad hoc such as JV development/internal control/risk control system.Related tasks include but are not limited to below:- Update credit profiles of all customers: from tax registration/secured transaction/biz info to financial reports/ACTIS scoring/insurance, etc. and make analysis based on such.- Use proper tools to get ACTIS scoring (Excel), buy insurance, accordingly, make recommendations based on trading policy to prepare for business opportunities for potential customers.- Apply credit management policy to support new JV controlling credits, monitor risks monthly.- Regular business travel to update situations timely
