Human Resources:- Monitor attendance, leave, and implement company policies. Coordinate with departments to collect data on employee overtime and night shifts for payroll processing.- Manage systems related to timekeeping, payroll, insurance, labor contracts, and other HR-related matters.- Handle and advise management on HR-related issues such as company policies, benefits, and compensation to ensure employees' welfare is well maintained.- Propose and draft various types of contracts including probationary contracts, labor contracts, service contracts, and contract termination agreements.- Recruitment: Ensure effective screening and selection of suitable candidates; discuss recruitment policies with management to enhance hiring efficiency. Maintain and update personnel records and employee profiles.- Liaise with government agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, Tax Department, etc., to fulfill the company's legal obligations and safeguard employee rights.- Organize and arrange labor conferences and disseminate company policies to all employees. Coordinate meetings with the Labor Union for workplace dialogues.- Training: Manage employee training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.- Administration:- Manage costs and supply of office equipment, stationery, canteen services, company vehicles, and fuel usage.- Ensure office infrastructure, security, and general hygiene are properly maintained.- Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, forms, records, and filing systems.- Provide administrative support to other departments such as arranging transportation, accommodation, flights, visas, etc.- Foreign personnel records: Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, visas, and other necessary documents for foreign employees in a timely manner.- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations.
