【Job Summary】We are providing the air conditioning service.Now, we are looking for an engineer to expand our business.The main responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair work at both construction sites and factories, as well as supporting supervisors during on-site repair and maintenance projects.【Job Details】- Meeting with the client - Create drawing and estimation with CAD based on client MTG and Demand- Managing staff in site- Troubleshooting and creating estimations for client - Responding to breakdowns- Diagnosing faults- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.- Quality check- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.*If you have more skills, we may assign these maintenance tasks.- Maintain and repair Air-conditioner- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance- Repairing equipment- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings- Creating maintenance procedures
