【Job Summary】This is a manager candidate position within the Brand Communication domain. You will lead the planning, structural design, and documentation of proposals for Japanese clients to improve proposal quality and project momentum.While collaborating with the Japanese Line Manager (LM), you will consolidate proposal strategies for offline initiatives (events, sales promotions, in-store measures, etc.). You will lead the process from identifying key points and formulating policies to structural design, deriving insights, and unifying presentation styles.In addition to proposal work, you will attend meetings with Japanese clients, assist with account management, handle site visits/attendants, and manage internal and external coordination for project progression.
