    ＜Job summary＞
    A well-established Japanese corporate consulting firm is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to join its growing team.
    The company provides comprehensive advisory services including tax, accounting, licensing, and corporate management support for diverse Japanese clients across Vietnam.     ＜Responsibilities＞
    -Provide comprehensive consulting services covering accounting, tax, labor regulations, licensing, and general corporate operations for client companies
    -Support clients with work permit and temporary residence card (TRC) applications, investment registration certificate (IRC) modifications, and legal compliance advisory
    -Act as a trusted corporate checker and business partner to corporate executives and chief accountants
    -Conduct thorough review and analysis of corporate financial reports, tax filings, and internal controls
    -Lead project teams consisting of 3 to 6 members to deliver high-quality advisory solutions for client engagements
    -Maintain close communication and reporting with Japanese management to ensure deliverable quality and alignment
    -Coordinate with local government authorities and tax departments to resolve regulatory issues or audit inquiries
    -Advise clients on legal and administrative setup during market entry, expansion, or restructuring phases
    -Collaborate with cross-functional team members to manage diverse client portfolios ranging from small firms to large enterprises
    -Assist in building robust internal workflow structures, compliance guidelines, and advisory frameworks
    -Participate in client meetings, business matching events, and corporate seminars as a professional representative
    -Other related duties as assigned

    <Must>
    -Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics
    -Having at least 7 years of accounting experience
    -Japanese: N3 Advanced Level
    -Having a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    * VNCPA, USCPA, ACCA, etc
    -No job hopper who always changes jobs within 2years

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience in an accounting firm, bank, or related field in Vietnam
    - Having experience working at a Japanese company
    - Having experience in audit, tax inspection or VAT refunds
    - Having experience with consolidated financial reports
    - Good command of English
