  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading Japanese business consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Vietnam.
  The company provides a comprehensive range of advisory services, spanning business revitalization, market research, M&A, and strategic consulting to clients.
  This role leads consulting engagements from research design to client delivery while fostering team development.

  ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Take ownership of projects from proposal stage through data collection, analysis, report delivery, and client communication independently or in collaboration with overseas offices
  -Design robust research methodologies based on client briefs including desk research, quantitative studies, qualitative focus groups, and expert interviews
  -Transform raw research data into compelling PowerPoint presentation narratives that surface key business insights and actionable recommendations
  -Present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence and business relevance
  -Maintain strong working relationships with research agencies and external vendors while negotiating scopes of work and monitoring fieldwork quality
  -Oversee project team bandwidth, workflows, and task allocation to maintain high efficiency and delivery quality
  -Lead and mentor a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants to foster professional growth and technical capabilities
  -Set clear performance standards and provide constructive feedback on team outputs and project deliverables
  -Support market entry and growth consulting projects for Japanese companies expanding in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
  -Collaborate closely with regional hubs in Singapore, Japan, and other overseas branches on cross-border consulting engagements
  -Balance work allocation across team members to prevent burnout and ensure smooth project execution
  -Other related duties as assigned
