  <Job Summary>
  You will serve as a key liaison and coordinator between the headquarters in Japan and local suppliers in Vietnam, specializing in timber and plywood business operations.
  
  <Details>
  - HQ & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate closely with headquarters in Japan (plywood and timber departments) and coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules with local suppliers.
  - Order & Logistics Tracking: Track orders, shipments, and delivery statuses originating from the Japanese side.- Communication & Translation: Handle inquiries and provide feedback between headquarters and suppliers, providing interpretation and translation support.
  - On-Site Operations & Documentation: Escort clients/executives to Vietnamese plywood factories, forest plantations, and related sites, and handle administrative procedures such as obtaining Certificates of Origin (C/O) and other required documents.
  - Other tasks from the manager.
