  <Job Summary>
  We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1). This is a hybrid role. You will handle purchasing accounting (goods receipt, warehouse and label coordination, product code checks before customs declaration) and manage the product certification process, including testing, certificates and regulatory compliance filings, for the company's products.

  1. Purchasing Accounting
  • Create goods receipt notes for incoming goods in the management software.
  • Contact the warehouse to notify the arrival schedule of goods.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing team to prepare and attach labels to goods, and check product codes before the Purchasing team prepares the customs declaration.
  2. Product Certification
  • Create certificate registration requests in the management software.
  • Compile the list of products requiring certification and prepare samples for submission to testing centers.
  • Prepare labels and take product photos.
  • Work with certification bodies, testing laboratories and state management authorities.
  • Track the progress of testing and certificates, and complete conformity declaration procedures on the state authority's website.
  • Work with suppliers to obtain information on product components and structure.
  • Manage the company's certification database and records.
  • Keep up to date with government regulations related to certification of the company's products.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
