  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading real estate developer in Vietnam is seeking a Senior Design Manager to oversee residential projects. The role focuses on directing design teams and reviewing construction drawings for accuracy. Candidates should possess rich experience in residential property design alongside proven leadership skills. Business level English is required for effective collaboration across projects.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  - Lead and manage the architectural design process for large-scale residential development projects
  - Review detailed construction drawings to ensure high technical accuracy and structural feasibility
  - Provide precise technical instructions and feedback to architects and drafting teams
  - Direct and mentor a design department consisting of up to 20 subordinates
  - Coordinate closely with site management and engineering teams to resolve design conflicts
  - Align design execution with project schedules, budget parameters, and developer standards
  - Oversee external design consultants, contractors, and specialized engineering partners
  - Conduct regular design reviews to uphold high aesthetic and technical quality standards
  - Ensure all architectural designs strictly comply with local building codes and regulations
  - Track project milestones and provide technical design updates to senior management
  - Resolve complex structural and architectural challenges during the execution phase
  - Drive innovative and practical design solutions tailored to the residential market
  - Other related duties as assigned
