  They are looking for a hands-on Procurement / Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring a steady and efficient supply of raw materials and sub-materials for production. This role involves material planning, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier performance based on company regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills to handle daily delivery schedules and resolve any material defects or issues to support smooth manufacturing operations.

  - Calculate the required quantities of raw materials and auxiliary supplies for production and formulate purchasing plans.
  - Identify and develop suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and select suppliers that offer the right balance of price and quality.
  - Evaluate suppliers and report the results to the department manager.
  - Manage supplier performance based on company policies, monitoring indicators such as capabilities, product quality, delivery schedules, after-sales service, payment terms, and future potential.
  - Verify the quality of raw materials and monitor delivery status and schedules.
  - Address and report any issues or defects related to purchased goods.
  - Prepare and submit various reports on a regular basis or as required.
