    Advanced IT Maintenance & Customer Success
    • Handle high-level incidents and perform root cause analysis
    • Act as a key technical contact for customers during operations
    • Ensure system performance, availability, and security

    • Microsoft Server platforms, Microsoft 365, Azure

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's Degree
    - Minimum of 2 years experience in IT, with strong focus on IT maintenance and operations
    - Good communication in English (Intermediate level)

    <SKILLS>
    - Good IT skill and knowledge of PC, Server (Windows OS is main, Linux is a plus) OR good IT skill and knowledge of Network equipment (Router, Switch, Firewall and etc)
    - Solid understanding of:
    + PABX (PBX)
    + Access Control
    + Security Camera
    + Cabling (LAN/Tel)
    + Power (Electricity)
    + Virtualization, Cloud, SDWan
    + Operation Work (Monitoring, helpdesk or etc)
    + IP-VPN and Internet VPN
    + WAN design including Leased line, MPLS and etc
