  - Market and Product Research: Analyze the demand for mechanical tools among electricians, construction sites, manufacturing plants, and technical workshops in Vietnam.
  - Product Marketing: Manage the portfolio of pliers and hand tools; update technical specifications and highlight key features (such as sharpness, durability, and insulation) for sales collateral.
  - Trade Marketing: Develop trade promotion programs and support agents, hardware stores, and tool distributors with product displays and sales-driving initiatives.
  - Brand Communication and Promotion: Execute marketing campaigns targeting engineers, skilled tradespeople, and construction contractors via technical channels, mechanical trade shows, and online technical documentation.
  - Sales Team Support: Provide catalogs, price lists, and product feature training materials to the sales team managing distribution channels (agents and industrial equipment stores).
