  【Job Summary】
  An established global technology and supply chain solutions provider operating across the US, Japan, China, and Vietnam is seeking a Production Control and Delivery Specialist in Hanoi. The company coordinates manufacturing processes and logistics to bridge the gap between global clients and local factories. This strategic role is created to take over delivery control operations currently managed by the Japan headquarters, establishing a robust local operation hub in Vietnam.
  
  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order placements, lead times, and inventory levels while closely communicating with the US team and regional suppliers. This position demands high mental resilience and proactive decision-making to handle sudden troubleshooting and vendor negotiations. The company offers long-term career growth with comprehensive training programs conducted by regional and HQ members to fully adopt their global supply chain flow.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Manage order placements and delivery schedules for prototypes and mass-production items.
  -Coordinate and adjust delivery timelines with various local contract manufacturing factories.
  -Monitor and control inventory levels across multiple partner factories.
  -Perform cost management and analysis related to production and logistics.
  -Handle and resolve product claims or quantity discrepancies with factories.
  -Conduct tough negotiations with suppliers regarding delays to ensure on-time delivery.
  -Communicate daily with the US branch regarding delivery status and requirements.
  -Maintain precise written and verbal correspondence with global stakeholders to minimize communication gaps.
  -Anticipate risks, such as shipping delays, and propose solutions like switching to air freight.
