  【Job Summary】
  The company is a reputable foreign-invested manufacturing corporation located in Dong Nai Province, specializing in high-quality chemical formulations for industrial applications.   The company is currently seeking a dedicated Accountant Staff to join its Administration Department to handle comprehensive accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, tax compliance, and month-end closing procedures while utilizing the company's financial systems efficiently to support the plant's overall business stability.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and follow up on outstanding collections.
  -Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and perform accurate monthly expense recordings.
  -Process invoicing activities and maintain strict revenue control.
  -Control and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT.
  -Ensure statutory reporting complies with local financial regulations and tax laws.
  -Execute month-end closing activities and perform accurate financial reconciliations.
  -Operate ERP systems and manage corporate financial data systematically.
  -Issue and control e-invoices through the VNPT system.
  -Other related tasks.
