  【Job Summary】
  The client is a well-established Japanese manufacturing corporation with a strong business presence in Vietnam. Currently, the company is experiencing solid financial growth and aiming to transition toward highly optimized and automated operations. To achieve this, they are looking to hire an AI Specialist who can take full ownership of internal business transformation and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will not focus on hardcore programming but will act as an internal consultant and architect.
  You will design automated systems for back-office operations by integrating existing AI tools and API services. In addition to technical execution, this role requires high leadership and psychological resilience to manage organizational changes and streamline internal human resources efficiently.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Analyze existing back-office operations to design and execute business automation workflows.
  -Integrate and manage various AI services and tools currently used independently by different departments.
  -Design and build an internal AI-driven chat system (RAG) by connecting company database through APIs.
  -Develop automated systems for manufacturing cost calculations to streamline product pricing workflows.
  -Formulate strategic plans for business process optimization and organizational downsizing.
  -Lead difficult organizational restructurings and manage personnel adjustments resulting from automation.
  -Collaborate closely with the Japanese General Director to align tech implementations with corporate goals.
  -Manage and communicate firmly with local administrative staff regarding new systems and operational changes.
  -Evaluate external AI tools, API services, and technology vendors to ensure optimal system implementation.
  -Other related tasks.
