  【Job Summary】
  An established Japanese architectural design firm, renowned for its expertise in commercial and energy-efficient building designs, is seeking a passionate Junior Architectural Designer/CAD Operator to join its upcoming project in Vietnam. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn high-level Japanese architectural techniques, structural layout standards, and cutting-edge eco-friendly design philosophies directly from the top management.
  
  The ideal candidate will begin by assisting with interior and structural layout drawings while receiving intensive technical training. The company is looking for an ambitious mind who is eager to master Japanese design practices and aspires to become a core leader and a reliable right hand for the firm's future expansion and subsidiary establishment in Vietnam.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Create elevation drawings and internal structural/sectional detail layout plans based on draft designs provided by the Japan headquarters.
  -Produce high-quality 3D modeling, CG renderings, and graphic presentation materials for client proposals.
  -Assist in conducting energy-saving and environmental performance calculations under Japanese architectural standards.
  -Modify and update existing blueprints and technical drawings in accordance with feedback from the Japanese design team.
  -Manage architectural data and design files systematically using CAD/BIM software.
  -Collaborate with Japanese architects to ensure design details match rigorous quality standards.
  -Translate technical design specifications or instructions between Japanese and Vietnamese when necessary.
  -Engage in regular training sessions to study Japanese building codes, construction methods, and advanced software tools.
  -Maintain smooth daily communication and progress reporting with the Managing Director in Japan.
  -Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management.
