  <Responsible>
  They are looking for a hands-on Procurement / Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring a steady and efficient supply of raw materials and sub-materials for production. This role involves material planning, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier performance based on company regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills to handle daily delivery schedules and resolve any material defects or issues to support smooth manufacturing operations.
  
  <Detail>
  - Calculate the required amount of raw materials and sub-materials for production, and create purchasing plans.
  - Source new suppliers, negotiate prices and trading terms, and select the best suppliers based on both price and quality.
  - Evaluate supplier performance and report the results to the department manager.
  - Manage supplier metrics (capacity, product quality, delivery, after-sales service, payment terms, and sustainability) based on company regulations.
  - Monitor the quality of raw materials and manage delivery schedules and progress.
  - Handle and report any issues or defects related to purchased items.
  - Prepare and submit various reports on a regular or as-needed basis.
  - Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
