【Job Summary】
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Professional to join the expanding corporate marketing division of a leading international retail chain. This is a highly strategic role created to drive the digital transformation of the brand, focusing on the upcoming rollout of a new "Group-wide Mobile Application" and the integration of a unified loyalty rewards ecosystem across the group's network. In this role, you will manage digital application storefronts, develop membership engagement campaigns, and spearhead the implementation of advanced customer services from concept to contract execution. 【Responsibilities】
-Group-wide App Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s dedicated section within the upcoming group mobile application using specialized administrative tools.
-App Engagement & Promotions: Design, execute, and monitor creative digital campaigns on the application to attract new users and drive daily retail storefront foot traffic.
-Loyalty Point System Management: Supervise the operational mechanics of the group's loyalty rewards program to ensure smooth point accumulation and redemption flows for customers.
-Financial Alignment: Coordinate with the internal accounting and finance divisions to ensure that point issuance and settlement processes are executed with strict accuracy.-
New Service Implementation: Identify, propose, and implement brand-new customer-oriented digital or physical services to be deployed across storefronts.
-Vendor & Partner Negotiations: Draft, review, and finalize corporate contracts and commercial terms with external service vendors, tech providers, and group affiliates.
-Post-Launch Optimization: Monitor the performance of newly deployed services, trouble-shoot operational bottlenecks, and refine system parameters for optimal efficiency.
-Data-Driven Analysis: Evaluate marketing data, application analytics, and point-usage trends to generate strategic action plans for management reporting.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the chief coordinator between marketing, operations, IT, and legal divisions to ensure seamless project rollouts.

【Must】
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of practical marketing experience in Digital Marketing
-Have exprience in F&B, C-Store/Supermarket, E-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
-Familiar with office tools.
